This design features an image of the FSU Medical School grounds.
EASY INSTALLATION: Spring clips are attached to the frame to keep the matting and glass in place. When shipped, the diploma will arrive with the glass packaged separately to help avoid breakage. Carefully remove the packaging and place the glass in the frame. Slide the spring clips to the side if necessary. The backing board and matts will be hinged like a book. Remove the place holder and place your diploma in the box drawn, taping the upper left and right corners of the diploma. Close the hinged matts, and place into the frame. Slide the spring clips back over the backing board. Your diploma frame is now ready for hanging!
DIPLOMA SIZES: This frame is designed to fit 11x14 diplomas, which is the size of all diplomas (undergraduate and graduate) awarded since 2004. The inside frame dimension is 19" x 22 1/2" (outside edge dimensions are 22"x25 1/2"). Diplomas awarded before 2004 come in varying sizes, typically 8 1/2"x11" for undergraduate and 12"x16" for post-graduate degrees. We do offer the same design for these sized diplomas. Please contact if you need a frame to fit the different sized diploma.
GLASS UPGRADES: The materials used in the diploma frame are of archival quality. If desired, non-glare glass is available, along with conservation glass, which will inhibit the yellowing and fading of the diploma paper.
