An architectural marvel, Fort Pickens was one of several fortifications designed to protect Pensacola Harbor. It was completed in 1834, and for one year (1887) held Apache Chief Geronimo. This image shows an interior view where cannon had once been. This image was captured with a large format true panoramic camera enabling the highest resolution prints possible. Standard framing style includes double matting of off-white, and wood frame with walnut-brown stain.
